STAcon LIVE 2023 Dates (the “Event”)
STAcon LIVE 2023 will begin on the morning of Monday, September 11, and conclude in the late afternoon/early evening of Tuesday, September 12, 2023. A Welcome Reception will be held at the hotel on Sunday, September 10 at approximately 6:00 pm.
Which Hotel is this at?
STAcon LIVE 2023 will be held at the Hyatt Regency® Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Is there a room block?
There is. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is also offering attendees a discounted room rate of $179/night plus applicable taxes). This rate is available from September 10, 2023 to September 13, 2023. CLICK HERE for Booking Information.

Which Airport to fly into?
IND - Indianapolis International Airport (about a 20-30 minute ride to Hyatt Regency® Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana).
Tickets and Registration
What is the price difference between In-Person and Virtual Event tickets?
- There is no price difference.
- Currently, Virtual Tickets and In-Person Tickets are both $599 $299 right now at this special discounted rate for those who secure their seat early! The price of tickets will increase as we get closer to the Conference. Secure your ticket today.
What is the Refund Policy?
Because of the limited availability of seats for STAcon LIVE 2023, you will need to contact us no later than August 11th, 2023 (30 days before the Event) if you are unable to attend.
I live outside of the United States, do you have special pricing based on our exchange rate?
No, at this time, all tickets are $599 $299 for Facility Members and for Individual Associate Members and Non-Members. USD.
How can I buy bulk tickets?
- Each person needs to purchase their own individual ticket using their own distinct, unique email address. Don't register different people using the same email address.
- At this time, all tickets are $599 $299 - which is a discounted special price for early bird registrations.
- If you have a large group, please contact us to discuss a bulk ticket option.
If I select in-person, but get COVID-19 a few days before the Event, can I attend the virtual event instead?
- Yes, we will convert your ticket into a virtual ticket.
What happens if the Event is unable to happen due to Covid?
- If due to COVID-19, we are unable to hold a live event, your ticket will be converted into a Virtual Ticket, where you will have an amazing Virtual Experience!
- If you had already booked a flight and hotel room, you would need to contact your airline and the Hyatt Regency® Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana to inquire about refunds.
Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the event?
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance.
My country doesn’t allow travel, how can I attend?
If you are unable to attend the Event in person, you can purchase a virtual ticket and attend that way.
Event General Questions
I'm a Facility Member bringing guests, how much do they pay?
Guests of Facility Members pay the Facility Member price.
I'm trying to book my travel. What times do I need to know about?
Registration will begin at approximately 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 10. A Welcome Reception will take place at 6:00 pm that evening. The Conference will begin at 9:00 am on Monday, September 11, and conclude in the late afternoon/early evening of Tuesday, September 12.
Can anyone attend this event?
Yes, if you want to learn the latest Salt Therapy business insights, trends, and marketing strategies working today to rapidly generate new clients, then STAcon LIVE 2023 is for you!
Can I Bring My Spouse Or A Guest?
Yes, of course! Just please note, because there is limited seating & associated food & beverage costs, every person must purchase a ticket to enter the event. Guests of Facility Members pay the Facility Member price and guests of Individual Associates and Non-Members pay that price.
What is the deadline for deciding if I will be attending in person or virtually?
August 1 is the deadline for notifying us if you will be attending in person or virtually.
Are there COVID-related restrictions about who can attend?

Are there Sponsorship/Vendor opportunities for my business?

What is the Event schedule going to be?
- Registration will start on Sunday, Sept. 10th around 3 pm and will continue until the Event starts on Monday the 11th.
- Event will kick off at 9 am on Monday Sept. 11th and will conclude on Sept. 13th (typically around 6 pm or so).
- Daily schedules will be published on the Conference website and will be included in your Welcome Package.
- We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
Does the hotel offer free parking?
A conveniently-located Indianapolis Convention Center hotel, Hyatt Regency Indianapolis welcomes guests with a variety of options for parking, including self-parking underground, valet parking, and overnight parking. The self-parking lot is not owned or operated by the hotel, and can not be charged to your folio or room account.
- Valet parking is available for $53.00 plus tax per night, per vehicle.
- Event parking is $28.00 plus tax per day, per vehicle.
Are pets allowed in the Event?
- No, the Hyatt Regency® Hotel does NOT allow pets in their hotel.
- If you have a service animal, please reach out to us in advance so we can help coordinate.
Will there be an opportunity to meet the Speakers?
Yes, our Meet The Experts Happy Hour will take place at around 5:30 pm on Monday evening.
Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
Your registration fee includes hors d'oeuvres at the Sunday reception and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. Drinks are available at the Sunday reception via a cash bar.
What is the difference between IN PERSON and VIRTUAL tickets?
Both experiences are going to be amazing! The difference is: in person, you will be in Indianapolis, Indiana at the event space and get to meet and network with your "Salty Community" and the speakers, as well as visit the Vendor area; virtual can be watched anywhere in the world where there is internet access :)
Will all of the speakers be present at the event or will they present over zoom on tv/big screen?
We are hoping to have all speakers in person at STAcon LIVE 2023, but some may be virtual.
Will there be a conference app that we can download?
No, we do not have a conference app at this time.
Who are the speakers this year?
We will be releasing the speaker line up as we get closer to the Event.
How many People will be at this Event?
We plan on having about 300 people in attendance LIVE. Of course, this number is subject to change.
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!
Age Limitations
Is there an age limit to attend?
You must be at least 18 years old to attend.
Can I bring my baby/kids?
No, this Event is not appropriate for young children. In the past, many members have used this as a family vacation opportunity, where the salt therapy facility owner/enthusiast attends the Conference, the family enjoys local attractions.
Seating
If I come in person will I be guaranteed to sit in the Main/Large ballroom?
We intend to make the in-person experience amazing for everyone that attends. We plan and hope for everyone to be able to see LIVE speakers if they attend in person.
Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?
At this time, there is no VIP or Preferred seating.
Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?
Yes. Special Early Access is available. Please reach out to info@salttherapyassociation.org.
Safety
What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?
We will be following State/City/Hotel guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.
Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
- We will continue to analyze and make determination on appropriate precautions.
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. We will also be adhering to Indiana's and the hotels policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following COVID-19 and safety protocols. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.
What happens if I get sick while travelling to the Event and/ or get sick at the Event?
- If at the Event, please provide us with notice; we will send out more details closer to the Event.
- If you get sick before the Event (see above).
- If you get sick at the Event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend.
